I had my first encounter with Dr. Rao during an initial evaluation. While she provided me with instructions to assist in determining my initial diagnosis, she also mentioned the possibility of rheumatoid arthritis. Throughout our visit, she demonstrated respect, friendliness, and helpfulness. My wife and I were immediately impressed with her. She spoke quickly but clearly. Having endured a lifetime of back surgery and pain, I felt confident that she comprehended my needs and was well-prepared to begin treatment. Unfortunately, I haven’t completed the tests due to hospitalization, but once those are done, I anticipate gaining a better understanding of my condition. I eagerly anticipate updating my review with a positive outcome.
