Provider accused me of being in her office for drug seeking and told me that there were places for people like me. Ultimately, I had Pancreatic Cancer and even after the diagnosis, she refused to submit referrals. She also remained insistent that I was drug seeking though she had reports from the Gastro Specialist. I was referred to UVA and sat there for 6 hours waiting to be seen due to her refusal to submit a referral. Though the options are 1-5 for rating, 1 being the lowest is still too high of a score!
