She was comforting and down to earth, which made us feel like we were in capable hands. Throughout the entire process, Dr. Sophia demonstrated exceptional knowledge and expertise. She took the time to explain the facts, possibilities, and various treatment options in a way that was easy to understand. As someone who's been in the medical field for so long, I appreciated her ability to meet their patients where they are and prioritize the human aspect of care.
