Our experience with this provider was very disappointing. My family member had serious breathing-related hospitalizations and we came to the pulmonology office looking for clear direction and help getting the recommended home breathing equipment. Instead, we left with unanswered questions, no clear care plan and conflicting instructions about testing that had already been done.A sleep study was ordered even though the issue we were trying to address was not sleep related. After the study showed no sleep apnea, equipment was still ordered but sent to a company not covered by insurance, which caused more delays. Later we were told another sleep study was needed, but the reason was not clearly explained.We also had concerns about how a finger-blood test was handled after visible blood was present and handled without gloved hands. Overall, communication, follow-through and patient guidance were very poor. I would not recommend this provider based on our experience.
