Dr Thao is the worst family doctor I've seen to date. I didn't just have a poor experience. Dr. Thao missed that I had pneumonia and sinus infections. She doesn't seem to be present or listening. I called for a same day appointment and she refused to double book patients. When your sick and need a prescription and your primary care doctor is not there for you it just makes things more difficult. There will be much better providers so save yourself and pick another PCP.
