Patient Experience & Satisfaction

How likely are you to recommend Dr. Zou?
Don’t bother going to this doctor, because all you get is a dismissive response of: “There’s no magic cure. I can’t help you, you’re just getting older. There’s nothing I could do for you, goodbye and good luck. If anyone needs a compassionate doctor who treats their patients with respect and kindness, I suggest looking somewhere else. He barely spends three minutes seeing you and the rest of the exam is done by a different doctor because he seems like he can’t be bothered.
The worst doctor I ever had in my life, I saw him for tailbone pain and open wound on my butt, he told me to see him in three months after I have surgery to close the wound, when I saw him second time, without examining me he told me he can't do nothing for me, he has the worst bedside manners and very bad attitude, I will never recommend him.
A horrible experience I waited for an hour for the guy an he was rude . He wouldnt gice me a solution.
