Dr. Serda Hawthorne, MD

Worst physicians practice I have ever been in. I moved here out of state. Sedra Hawthorne is in net work with my insurance .. Only reason i picked this office. Dr Sedra Hawthorne , as I was telling her my concerns and symptoms , no eye contact , texting on her phone. I stopped talking, and she looked at me and said what, I said it looks like you are busy. She said she was multitasking. Perhaps if she wasn’t multitasking weeks ago I wouldn’t be having kidney stones and UTIs currently now, that I had to explain the office to do their job to send clinical notes to my insurance so they can authorize my stay CT. They had their X ray tech to relay messages that should be coming from MA Georgie … Dr Hawthorne displays horrible bedside manner, evidently the two rounds of antibiotics prescribed did not work.. But she can multitask great!!! Dr Hawthorne does not Hopefully they will give me a call soon to see if I have Kidney stones or not and make a plan for me. If you have other PCP in network with your insurance , please call them instead of wasting your money time here. Horrible office staff and doctors. X ray technician is amazing and has great knowledge.

This doctor has no respect for her patients. After making an appointment and waiting a whole month, her assistant called an hour before the appointment to tell us that the doctor did not want to complete the appointment and that we could look for another service provider.
