Dr. Shapiro performed my cochlear implant surgeries for both ears and I had a great experience. He listened carefully to all of my concerns and worked closely with my audiologist, which made the process much smoother. Everything went very well and I have had great success with my implants. I am very grateful for his care and would highly recommend him!
