Dr. Scott Erpelding, MD

I had major problems for over a year. I was plagued with Major UTIs and self-cath 8 times/day. It was discovered that I had a diverticulim of the the bladder that couldn't be emptied normally causing a very serious infection which resulted in one week in the hospital with a PICC line and two antibiotics. My existing urologist said I needed surgery to to remove it but he stated he performed that surgery 8 years ago and it is so complicated that he would never attempt it again. He referred me to Dr. Erpelding who immediately scheduled my surgery. He used robotic assistance with six incisions and completed my surgery. He stated that it was more difficult than he had experienced with these types of problems and he had performed many of these before. I am now completely normal and not self-cathing at all. I am fully healed and very very thankful for Dr. Erpelding. He is truly a master at this. I would highly recommend Dr. Erpelding. He has excellent bedside manners as well!!!
