I waited nearly 5 weeks to see Dr. Dull...then the day before my appointment, I got a call from T telling me I need to bring any imaging on a CD disc to the appointment, if not, they will not see me. I called Tulsa Bone & Joint - it takes 2-4 business days to get any records because they use a third party service. I then called Dr. Dull's office back, spoke to T, told her the situation to which she replied, we'll have to re-schedule you. I asked her 2 questions: 1) Why did you wait to the last minute to ask for records, and 2) will it take another 30 days to get in? Her reply, "Do you want us to see you or not?" My reply "NO"

I came into St. Francis by ambulance as I was unable to walk. My L5-S1 had begun putting pressure on the spinal cord, feet numb, neuropathy present along with drop foot. I was in pain but didn’t realize the enormity. Dr Dull came in and started telling me what he was going to do and he was going to have to cut me open. I resisted and ask if we even got to discuss this and he ask me “do you want to walk again?” I of course replied yes and he told me then there nothing to discuss. I’m telling you what we have to do for you to be able to walk again. I turned it all over to this man and he put me in the best shape that I had been in since before my military service. He will always be my go to when I need a neurosurgeon!
