Dr. Holness is an excellent, experienced Ob/Gyn, and she has a very calm, empathic demeanor. Dr. Holness listened intently to my issues related to menopause and offered several helpful suggestions about diet and exercise as well as a prescription for the estrogen patch and a prescription for progesterone. Dr. Holness scheduled a telehealth visit with me about a month after I started the medication to check in to see if the prescriptions were working and if I was experiencing any side effects.. (Thank goodness, I am not experiencing any negative side effects.) With Dr. Holness's help, I am already feeling much calmer and more focused, and I am sleeping better with less episodes of night sweats. She has been so compassionate and caring and has helped me to take the right steps so that I can feel more like myself again. Thank you so much, Dr. Holness! (My husband thanks you too!)
