I arrived 15 minutes prior to my scheduled visit. Waited to be checked in and took a seat. I was called back for them to do an EKG and vitals. When finished I was told he was with a patient and then 2 patients ahead of me and it might take a while. When the 2nd person had been called back, I believed my time was near. Another person waiting complained that she had been waiting a long time. They offered to reschedule her but she decided to wait. I heard her on the phone explaining to someone that there was still a person ahead of her. It was now an hour past my scheduled appointment. Next thing I know they call her back to see the doctor, making her the 3rd person after I had been told there were 2. It was obvious they moved her up. I mean, why would they offer to reschedule her if she was only five minutes away from being seen???? We walked out and they didn't just cancel my appointment they deleted it, like I didn't exist. What a shame, Saheta is a great doctor!
