We left the appointment and my husband says, “he deserves 5 stars in my book.” I completely agreed. He listened to my concerns with no interruption, he spent time for the exam and questions, and then shared what he felt was the cause and how I could go about resolving them - and then explained each point and the why. When either my husband or I asked a question he answered them fully and if he felt he needed more info to answer the question he spent the adequate time necessary to be able to answer the question. Thankful for his knowledge!
