Listens well. Extremely knowledgeable. He transferred to Virginia Mason in Federal Way in September 2025. Federal Way is a haul from where I live. But, frankly, I would drive to Spokane to see Dr. Hothi. You will not feel like you are going to get 6-minutes with him and him checking his watch. I try to be respectful of his time, however, and carefully plan out what I want him to cover.
