Dr. Salochna Khetpal, MD

Lisa from Dr. Khetpal's office called me to set up a second appointment, which was odd because I was just there three days prior and had labs drawn. Lisa said Dr. Khetpal wants another office visit to talk about labs or I could look at my labs on My Chart. My last doctor would just call and tell me if labs were abnormal, and even so he didn't require a second office visit costing me another insurance co-pay. Lisa said things that were factually inaccurate in the voicemail, and that is when I recognized a red flag as a red flag and changed primary care providers. Low rating for difficulty, expense, time off work, inaccurate information, poor communication, rude bedside manner.
