Patient Reviews

I had been a patient for several years and was very satisfied with my treatment. However, on my last scheduled visit I received no call to remind me of my appointment so I called to confirm. I was told that my appointment had been cancelled. I was referred to Dr. Deasy's office and told an answering maching I would like to reschedule. When no one called I called again and told the answering maching my desire to reschedule. No one returned my call. I realize that with a busy practice you might like to get rid of patients. (perhaps because they are on Medicare). This is a shabby way of getting rid of them.
