Dr. Kotecha and his whole team is absolutely the greatest. I mean everyone, PA Haley Appel, Christiana Gill, RN and all the medic Technicians. They have a smile and a happy attitude. Especially Sparky. They are very dedicated to making the treatments as comfortable and easy as possible. I honestly feel like they care about me the person as well as me the patient. That's very rare and I can't tell you how much I appreciate that. I am also hearing impaired and the staff is very conscience of aware and helps me understand. They include my husband during consultations which make me less apprehensive and improves my understanding of the procedures.
