Solis failed to include results for my right leg (femur) from my March 2026 scan on the report sent to my doctor, the doctor that submitted the scan orders. I and doctor's staff have made numerous calls to Solis. Solis did not return the calls. Eventually, I spoke with a Solis operator and explained the missing results, but Solis took no action to correct the report. I made two in-person visits to Solis with a paper copy of my bone density report that clearly showed that right leg results were missing. I was assured after my first in-person visit on a Friday that the report would be corrected by Monday. It was not. I made a second in person visit. I had to submit a separate formal request for ALL of my images and reports. While that request packet was received, a corrected report for the 2026 results was not. I have had to provide bone density information to my doctor. Solis inaction to correct the 2026 report has delayed follow-up care.
