Doctor Ruben AlexanderMy choice to see doctor was because he had a telehealth option , and I was a professional traveler and was retiring and now was traveling for fun around the country.I saw him in the office and by telehealth.It was a huge surprise when about a month ago that I got sick and called the office to see him by telehealth, and he refused , also refused to call in my prescription, and refused to see me even if I doubled the mask. I never got any notice saying they changed the rules, I was an out of pocket paying client, didn't need insurance approval. I was shocked and asked a call back from him, he never replied and knowing that I was a post cancer neuropathy condition, my pain was very real and unbearable.My take is that as long as you don't have any challenges,or problems he's ok, but life happens, and he won't show up for you, you're on your own.What a disappointment,
