I visited Dr. Roksana for a preventive care appointment, expecting it to be covered as per standard guidelines. However, I was unexpectedly billed for an 'office visit' simply for answering routine health questions, resulting in additional charges. Despite multiple attempts to dispute the billing, the clinic insisted it was correct. On top of that, I felt the doctor was rushed and dismissive, spending barely five minutes in the room and showing little concern for my questions. This experience was disappointing, and I wouldn’t recommend this provider to anyone seeking thorough, patient-centered care.
