I did not feel heard or supported as a patient. During a time when I was experiencing multiple concerning symptoms, my concerns were dismissed rudely annd arrogantly and communication through the patient portal was poor. I have been ill for over 9 months and unable to work. I ultimately chose to find a new primary care physician. Every patient deserves to feel listened to, respected, and supported. Brushed off, referred out, told to go to ER repeatedly. Horrible care that should have consequences.
