I had a 2:50pm appt. with Dr. Stein. He requested we arrive at 2:30. I was there at 2:28. They took my wife and I back to an exam room where we waited and waited. At 4:00pm, my wife stepped out to make sure there wasn't a mix up or that he forgot we were there. He overheard the conversation and chimed in that he was very sorry, but he wasn't going to see me for ANOTHER 2-3 hours. He then told my wife that 'My nurse practitioner called off today, but I ALWAYS RUN 2-3 HOURS BEHIND'. I can't attest to his quality as a doctor, but I can attest to the fact that this doctor has no respect for anyone else's time. He entered into an agreement to meet with me at 2:50. We all understand that things come up and sometimes doctors get behind a bit, but when you tell someone that you are always 2-3 hours behind you are telling them that their lives do not matter. It's shocking that clinic would employ a doctor with such little integrity.
