Dangerous doctor, stay away

Doctor Samaniego---you've been my doctor for almost a decade from the start of your practice in Inwood. I've never had an issue with staff or your expertise and will still choose your practice. I am writing a review because this summer, your staff has rescheduled me twice, one in Sept and one in October for my annual check-up. The sign on the office says renovations will be done by August; however, it wasn't complete in Sept or now, Oct. I am fine rescheduling but no one called me both times to notify me. I took days off work and fasted in the morning for my bloodwork. I am surprised by this level of unprofessionalism that can actually be easily remedied by just an easy update notification. I hope you find time to change your door sign and call other patients given the length of the renovation. When I called, a staff member told me they didn't call because they didn't have my phone number. This was never the case for 10 years. Please have the decency to communicate with patients. The sign outside your office has been graffitied with August (OF WHAT YEAR), which shows me that other patients are having the same issue. It's a dissapointment that you're a wonderful and patient doctor but staff isn't organized with something that can easily be remedied.
