NP Margo left the practice and I was not notified. I found out when I showed up 10 minutes before my appointment. They took my co pay and I sat in a saggy chair in the waiting room for an hour. Nurse moved me to a room and left me for 20 minutes. When I heard others leave via the back door I went back up front and told the receptionist I could not wait any longer. She said that was ok since they went to lunch! Total disrepect. I stared a long time at their sign about an $80 no show fee and I want to know where mine is. I was also told I had to wait for a refund of my copay.
