This was my 2nd yearly visit, I explained that the office has more smells than Kirklands on my first visit and was told that my concern would be escalated to the office manager ( I didn’t see Dr Bentley) I went back today and it was worse, I checked in and told the receptionist that I would have to wait outside because after Covid my lungs don’t let me be around those smells, while I was waiting outside I started having trouble breathing and went back inside and asked for copay refund and to cancel my appointment, I explained that I would have to change doctors and the receptionist reversed payment and I left. So if you have breathing issues you should ask them when you make your appointment
