Dr. Balkissoon is a godsend! I have now had both knees done and I have been very happy with the whole process! He is extremely skilled and wonderfully caring!! His PA Hannah Koteras is also extremely knowledgeable and listens to every concern and is always upbeat! I just love her! His secretary Beth is extremely efficient and capable!
