I have 30yrs in ER/trauma. I've worked with a lot of surgeons. This visit was horrible. My husband had a complex surgical issue. We were referred to Dr. Low. I saw that he reviewed the chart 2 weeks ahead of the apt. He allowed us to wait for an apt, drive an hour there, PAY a copay then proceeded to tell us that no doctor would touch his case, essentially condemning him to a slow death. He could have told us prior to the apt that he was not interested in the case. Not only did he not do that, but he chastised the medical student for trying to be helpful. I would not recommend him to anyone.
