Dr. Richard Rhim, MD

I had an absolutely terrible experience with Dr. Rhim. The PA saw me and seemed nice and said the X-Rays showed just a minor compression fracture, this was a very minor issue that would heal on its own and I didn't even need an MRI. She answered a bunch of other questions, but Dr. Rhim came in and immediately contradicted her and said I did need an MRI and then had no interest in answering any other questions. He left after 2-3 minutes without ever even glancing at my back. The PA said she'd call if there was anything unusual in the MRI. I got the MRI 48 hours ago and got the report 36 hours ago. It showed a serious spinal cord injury. I received no follow-up call as promised. I emailed Dr. Rhim and was told that he wouldn't call me or review MRI, he would only discuss in person. My next appt was in four weeks. They said I could come in earlier if I wanted. I said I've got serious spinal cord injury, I am going to get a new doctor now. He finally called and was rude and unapologetic.
