If there was a ZERO STARS this is what they deserve. They email their instructions months before your actual appt so good luck even finding it when you need it and are written so horribly. When I kindly brought this to their attn to help future clients, they would not even listen. I’ve known many people to have a simple colonoscopy and did not have to go through the same protocol— some is written 7 days prior, 3 days prior, day before but it’s not even in one simple place to read. Have fun sifting through the body of the email and their pdf which also states you cannot drink tea but also that you can. So now, fast forward to the day before my appt (after I started my multi dayPrep) they call and cancel bc they don’t take my insurance - which I GAVE them 3 months ago when I made my appt. The office staff is the absolute WORST I’ve ever experienced. They think they are perfect and their system is awesome…which it is NOT. Save yourself the heartache and go to ANY OTHER place.
