I had a very large multi-nodular goiter that was growing for years and finally needed a Thyroidectomy. I was very concerned after reading risks of the procedure. Dr. Richard Biggerstaff has decades of experience and having just had my procedure done I can tell you he is amazing. After two weeks, the incision is barely visible and no complications from the surgery. He truly is amazing. I overdid it after the first week and got a hematoma and he and his staff did an in-office procedure to correct it. I'm not good with needles or blood but he and his aid were so very kind taking care of me. I truly am grateful for their service and my entire experience through this process, they are awesome and I can't recommend them enough for any procedure you'd need to have done, rest assured, you are in good hands.
