I saw Dr Rosati last week for debilitating muscle spasms in Trapezius right & left. Dr Rosati had reviewed my medical records prior to this visit, understood my pain and listened carefully to me. She demonstrated gentle compassion and completed through exam. I declined referral to Neurosurgeon and Dr Rosati explained condition and 4 alternate treatments to help my condition. She was so knowledgeable and explained each treatment and wrote referrals for each. I chose MUSC PT for Dry Needling. My first visit to Anne St. John again a thorough exam, careful listening and a Dry Needling of left Trapezius muscle. The 80% immediate relief was stunning after this painless procedure.
