In 3 years of seeking Dr. Ward’s assistance, my 86 year old Mom has not seen him one time. Always a P. A., never the good doctor. The one advantage was that she could make an appointment and get in quickly, if needed. But now that he has joined the Mountain View Group, that advantage has disappeared as well… We just would love it if we could find a good doctor in Idaho Falls that likes to help the elderly.
