Dr. Webster is skilled and competent, his staff is absolutely TERRIBLE. I experienced significant frustration trying to schedule an important, regularly scheduled procedure for my 91-year-old mother. Despite needing this procedure every three months, it took over two months of constant runaround and repeated errors by the staff to even attempt to get it scheduled. I made countless calls and encountered nothing but inefficiency. Unfortunately, a doctor is only as good as his support team, and in this case, the staff's incompetence overshadows Dr. Webster's abilities. STAY AWAY."
