This is a mother's review! After spending a year trying to encourage my daughter to see a psychiatrist, she finally agreed and trusted me to find the right doctor for her. I searched online and chose the Envision Mindcare center specifically because of Dr. Warner. After reading his biography, I felt he would be an excellent fit for my daughter since he is both a psychiatrist and a neurologist.When I called the center, I explained to Lucia that the only reason we were choosing them was so that my daughter could be assessed by Dr. Warner and receive the correct medications. Lucia assured me that Dr. Warner would be sitting in the appointment and made sure to schedule a date when he would be available.However, on the day of the appointment, we received a notice stating there is an emergency and the appointment has been changed with a different provider, Dr. Warner DID NOT attend. The provider met with my daughter, prescribed medications, and scheduled a follow-up in three weeks. One of
