Dr. Randall Beckman was completely negligent in my father’s care. He performed ankle surgery on my father, from which he never fully recovered. For months, my dad returned to him in severe pain, but his concerns were dismissed. It took almost a year for Dr. Beckman to finally order an MRI, which revealed my father had cancer. The way this devastating news was delivered was shockingly unprofessional—Dr. Beckman didn’t even bother to call. Instead, someone from his office gave us the news in a rude and abrupt manner.The lack of care and compassion from this office is astounding. Even now, they’re still trying to collect $95 from my father, despite the fact that this physician’s negligence almost cost him his life. Where do doctors like Dr. Beckman lose their humanity? You all need to start listening to your patients—because they need to be heard, they need care, and they need compassion.Someday, everyone in this office will be on the other side of that table, and as angry as we are,
