Patient Reviews
Jun 20, 2025
my first visit with Dr. Sawaf was in 2020. First, they measured me 3 inches shorter than I actually am. When Dr. Sawaf came in, she questioned me about the Covid shot. I said I was just waiting to see what the side effects would be. She then asked me “why do you care? You are too old to have children anyway.” She followed that up with, “you do realize that you are morbidly obese, and will die if you get Covid.“ I told her, that is what they say, and smiled. I was polite and non-confrontational. She then said she was ordering blood work for me, And, that I would most likely have to be put on statins because of my weight. When my blood work came back, it showed that I had perfect numbers. It seemed to upset and shock her. Skip ahead to 2025, I had to go to the emergency room and I was treated with animosity. When I looked at my chart, I saw that she had put that I was a noncompliant patient with no explanation. This was wrong, and has created prejudice against me.
