So far, my experience has been ok with Dr. Nanavaty, but the staff were not helpful. I asked the staff to please have Dr. Nanavaty contact me regarding my Atypical Migraine symptoms which were becoming unbearable. I get zaps in my head with dizziness to follow. I was unable to walk without looking for something to support me if a spell came on. The last time I saw Dr. Nanavaty, he said if these Atypical Migraine symptoms reappear to have his staff notify him. I explained that to two different staff members and they blew me off. All they would do is set me up for an appointment. That is not what Dr. Nanavaty told me to do. I work full-time (and barely getting through each day) and I can't take off without notice. I just wanted to be put on my previous medication for these migraines, since it worked. They said I would have to make an appointment for that request. This is not a new medication. I was on it for over a year. This office staff is not empathetic to people who are suffering.
