I have just left this practice after a year because I have NEVER had a more unreasonable or uncooperative experience with any physician in my life. Need to be seen because you're doubled over in pain from diverticulitis and need antibiotics so you don't end up in the hospital? Nope, no appointments, go to urgent care. Follow the guidelines for calling in prescription refills ahead of time to make sure you have a life-saving medication? Uh uh, you have lab work due next month, you have to wait until insurance will pay for it, pay out of pocket or... his go-to... go to urgent care. This after a week of the staff telling me it was called in and battling because it wasn't, only for him to wait until I had have 2 days left to tell me no. No physician should EVER make unreasonable refusal when a patient needs help, nor should a patient be left in tears from frustration. Do NOT trust this practice if you actually want medical care.
