She was not helpful from the beginning. When she was told my mothers medication wasn’t working she offered up 5 alternatives and said they had varying side affects. When asked how they would interact with her other meds she said that she wasn’t sure but would have to look that up. She was then asked if she could look that up which seemed to annoy her. She then was asked about pricing and stated that the meds were “too expensive” for us, which seemed to be an assumption based on our appearance. When finally asked if the meds were covered by insurance she seemed inconvenienced by having to look that up. She is easily the most unprofessional provider we have experienced ever. Maybe she was having a bad day, who knows. What I do know is we will not be seeing her anymore.
