Dr. Rachana Thapa, MD

I had the same experience as the previous reviewer! Dr Thapa constantly is dismissive, hostile to ANY input from me onto why something isn't 'right' in a test result, or her little box we must all fit into.. I truly feel she has set a hostile environment for me - can't speak for others. I've given her lack of care a year just to see if things got better. They are much worse. I actually cried while waiting for her once when I heard faintly laughing & the noise of a conversation going on in an adjoining room between another provider & patient.I asked & nearly begged to be assigned another doctor in the group but was informed 'hurting her feelings' was more important than my health.
