Bedside manner was horrendous. I felt like I couldn’t speak because anytime I asked a question he talked over me and made me feel stupid for asking. Extremely arrogant and rude. Office is disorganized and unprofessional. They changed my surgery time on the day of surgery without notifying me or trying to call- I was in the building at the scheduled time- and they claimed I arrived 45 min late which was 100% false I was sitting waiting 30 min in their office. Arrived upstairs and checked in at 10 after. Without even calling me he “took another patient” - for a scheduled 2 hour procedure under general anesthesia! Who ever heard of such a thing? I was at the front desk at the scheduled time! Insane. I didn’t have anyone to sign me out at the new end time so I had to leave. I’m sure it was god saving me from continuing the horrible experience he and his office provided. Always trust your gut and don’t settle for a rude doctor. It’s not worth it!
