I have no complaints about the doctor,,,,,,, but the customer service is terrible,,,,,,, I was given a referral by the doctor on March 20,,,,, no one called me,,,,,,,, 10 days later I called to make an appointment,,,,,,,,, I was told that the referral was in process and that I needed to wait longer,,,,,,,,,, after 3 weeks no one called. So again, I called today, April 22,,,,,,,,, I was told that they had canceled my appointment because they had questions to my referring doctor's office, and no one answered them,,,,, . The referring doctor's office stated they received no communications from Urologic Consultants. And Urologic Consultants just threw me away,,,,,,,,, no one warned me that I could stop waiting for the appointment,,,,, they don't care that I have test results indicating I should be seen by a urologist and need help,,,,,,,,, they finished all their delays with words about protocol,,,,,,,,, and it appears they left me to die in ignorance,,,,,,
