I had a similar experience as a previous review. I ended up paying 81% above their concierge flat fee amount, which I was told was an all-inclusive fee. Over $6,000 more! When I asked about the amount vs. what I was previously told, they never returned my email or call and removed me from their patient portal. As a medical doctor, paid to care for the welfare of his patients, I find this indefensible. Dishonest people. Dishonest pricing. Hoping to warn as many people as I can so it won't happen to them.
