I was originall started with him for my anxiety and PTSD. My appointment was at the end of April. The day of my appointment he calls to tell me he cant see because my appointment was too late in the day. He wanted to go on & discuss a medication that was prescribed from him. He then put me on hold & got me in with his NP Sherry. I highly recommend her, but she can't prescribe certain medication. I then went in to my appointment with Sherry, everything was going good until the taper of my medication. I have a lot going on in my life. I have talked to Karen the manager at the doctors office along with Stephanie which is the advocate for patients. This Friday Sherry called me & told me that he was refusing to fill my medication to go to the ER. I repeated what Sherry was relayed to me with my sister sitting right there on speaker phone. Mind you this is a medication that you cant just stop They Dr. Brooks and Sherry called back with him on the phone to discuss. I hung up. I was seen in ED
