The scheduling department at this clinic will give you an appointment paper for the next month and when you show up they'll tell you your appointment has been changed or rescheduled without contacting you. My travel time to this clinic is three hours. This happened to me three times- December 2025, Febuary 2026 and April 2026. I drove to these three appointments for nothing. The staff tries to say it's your fault when you have the appointment paper. The staff doesn't even apologise for their mistake. This is happening to other patients as well. At my last appointment ,not only was i told i didn't have an appointment that day but two other people as well.
