I've been a patient of Dr. Bigler for 4 years but have not actually seen him in about 3 years as I constantly get directed to his P.A. Two months I had my annual wellness exam, again with a P.A. Last week I went to refill a prescription that I have been taking the last 3 years. Dr. Bigler's office refused to refill it unless I made an appointment to come in when I had just reviewed this medication with the P.A. 2 months ago. Sounds to me that they just want another $150 office visit fee to renew the prescription........
