What can I say about the simple only simple solution to the unjustified, and completely incorrect explanation for the problem he created and explained precisely. The only thing that he forgot to take into consideration is exactly what he said himself. If 99% of screening results that come back missing this one spacific are most likely altering the sample. Dr closed minded COLE sadly failed to investigate is that 1% he obviously doesn't bother to care or have any conscious regarding. If you are going to say that after over ten years with no issues aside from faulty test, not that it's relative that the result of the next test were as expected and not problematic. Sad that the only person who has never had the decency to even say hello or acknowledge my existence other than looking like I ran over his puppy once never had to have him as my Dr. I am not sure how it's possible that he can do whatever he wants to do andwhile using Dr florettes good name to so he would be able to do what he chooses without any responsibility for the suspicious treatment and if you botherd to take the time necessary to insure that due diligence was in fact practiced regarding the situation unresearched and with little to no research it would have been embarrassing for Dr Cole to realize that he incorrect. And if he would have mentioned that I was the patient who hasn't ever produced the supposed missing enzyme. Can't wait to see what he has to say for himself when he holds the cup for me and gets the exact same result I've had for the past 10 plus years. Not the first time I have been questioned about it not being present. But it's the first time I haven't been able to get it resolved due to the history of the problem and the 99 % problem free results. I hate to wonder why he's always seemed to have an unspoken issue with me. Only thing I can imagine is that he must have been one of the drunken morons my mother brought home from the bar who ended up getting his pockets rolled and removed from the house by my delinquent self. That's the only thing that comes to mind for him to proceed without considering the patient history available for comparison and highlighted with previous details to avoid confusion. Not that he was interested in the facts. He had his mind made up before he poorly and unprofessionaly provided a unsatisfactory diagnosis with zero chance to be able to get straightened. I just hope that I don't have any problem moving forward from here due to the unexplainable and completely consistent result I've never had much trouble getting it resolved. Simple as dealing with someone that is not closed minded to the truth of the matter.
