Dr. Pedro Nam, MD

Dr Nam himself is very kind and I think a good physician but his staff is horrible. Ever since they relocated it’s just become a factory. They NEVER return calls or even get back to you with results. I have texted and left VM but it’s useless. What’s the point of sending a patient for tests when you can’t have anyone call with results? It’s so aggravating when they tell you they will have someone return your call and never do. This is beyond poor healthcare. My elderly parents have had numerous issues with them providing referrals as well. Your office should be ashamed. It’s a terrible reflection of the doctor who runs it. I have worked in the healthcare business and this lack of attention to the patient is totally unacceptable. They really don’t care about patients. Just another money hungry business.
