Dr. Pavitar Cheema, MD

My husband went to Dr Cheema a while back. No real complaints about the doctor. The ability to get an appointment, communicate with office staff, etc is, however, pretty average. You don't even get an option to wait on hold. The recorder arbitrarily commands you to leave your number for a call you back when it is convenient for them. The recorder cheerfully tells you this is to better serve you lol! So today - another effort to contact the office has resulted in my call yet again being put in the 'system of convenience' for them which is quite difficult, since my work dictates that I not carry my phone most of the time. This is exceedingly frustrating and gives the impression of indifference. On the upside, I did eventually get a call back, and the lady that I spoke to was very nice. I understand that they are busy but every now and then I’m sure they could answer the phone. I don’t think it’s going to change because it works for them even if it doesn’t work for clients.
