I have never met a doctor more cold and arrogant than Dr. Alphonse. After waiting 45 mins past my appt time, he walks into the room, does not even look at me, walks straight to the keyboard and while looking down and beginning to type mutters 'what's going on?' While discussing my options he left the room to get his nurse to schedule a test. She comes back without him and I asked where he was since we hadn't finished our conversion and she said he was with his next patient. He did the same thing on a telehealth call, showing up 40 mins late, no apology and not even a proper greeting. His diagnoses and recommendations for me were refuted by both my new urologist and my endocrinologist. He wasn't even right.
